General information

This Privacy Policy provides information on the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal bases of all personal data processing activities whose purpose and means we decide, either on our own or in cooperation with third parties. It further provides information on the third-party services we engage for optimising and improving the quality of use of data, if such third parties are responsible for processing the data.

On 25 May 2018, the effective date of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), provisions came into force that could also apply to enterprises and organisations with head office in Switzerland. We comply with all of these provisions that apply to our company. The primary objective of the provisions is to provide private persons with greater control over their personal data. As a result, enterprises and organisations have an increased duty to respect data privacy. For further details, please refer to the legal bases, which you can access by following this link: eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj. In cases where the GDPR does not apply, we comply with the other relevant Swiss data protection laws.
